Happy Christmas to everyone!!!
We have had a wonderful day. Santa Claus brought presents for Nathan and Anna at home, granny and auntie maureen and uncle Ali came to visit and we’ve spent the rest of the day at grandma and grandad’s house with cousins, uncles and aunts.
It’s a bit different from last year where we were in a cubicle on ward 2. I remember thinking that we would appreciate being at home so much more after a Christmas in hospital. And I was right. It just felt amazing to be celebrating Christmas with both children at home and with family. There have been times this year when I didn’t know if that was going to happen.
Hope you’ve all had a wonderful time too.
