This is our story for family, friends and anyone else who may be interested. It’s also to allow us to express and share our feelings. It will mainly be me (Ann Marie, Anna’s Mum) posting but I’m hoping everyone else (Nathan – Anna’s brother, Peter – Anna’s Dad and Anna herself) will contribute.
We are with you on the journey which will take us through uncharted waters.
Good job Anna is learning to swim!

Thoughts and love to you all x
Glad to hear Anna is coping well so fr. Thinking of you.
Glad that the portocath will still give Anna the chance the chance to swim. We hope everything runs as smoothly as it can. We are thinking of you. x
All our prayers and thoughts with you all. Anna couldn’t have better support .Stay strong 🙂
I learnt from a friend whose daughter had leukaemia that her mobility had been affected. It made me hope that tackling it might bring improvements for Anna. We are delighted that that seems to be the case. The photo of Anna opening her presents is lovely. It is nice to see her smiling. x
Anna, I miss you at nursery. I am still doing the jig-saws,but it is a lot harder without you there to help me! I liked seeing your photos and I love your pyjamas with the yummy apple and your big teddy bear. Love Isla x
hello Anna and Nathan and Ann Marie and Peter
It is great to see you on the computer and to hear how things are.
Anna – I dont blame you for not smiling with your feeding tube in. I dont think I would either! We are thinking of you a lot and praying that all the doctors and nurses and everyone will be able to help you get better soon.
Lots of love from Gillean, Tom and Sam
Sam says a special hello to Nathan and remembers how brilliant he was at climbing the climbing frame in the park when he came to visit us in Biggar
Ann Marie, just heard the news about Anna from Sharon and wanted to let you know my thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time. May God help and strengthen you all as he guides the hands of the doctors who decide on her treatment and the nurses who care for her daily.
All best wishes.
